- Convert incoming event and conference inquiries into confirmed bookings to maximize revenue.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities and upselling possibilities within the team.
- Manage event schedules effectively to optimize hotel space and profitability.
- Build strong client relationships to understand needs and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct hotel site visits and show rounds for potential clients.
- Handle all administrative aspects of event planning and execution with attention to detail.
- Participate in hotel marketing and promotional activities to support business growth.
